Get Healthy in a Week! with the Anti-Cleanse

It’s a week-long workshop focused on “adding in” rather than “taking out”. There are daily goals for eating fruits and vegetables, drinking water, sleeping, and moving your body. There’s also a line item for stress management, because of the many things you need to be healthy, you desperately need a few minutes of down time every day.

During the week of Anti-Cleanse you’ll learn how to take care of yourself for the long run, which is something traditional detox/cleanses can never do. Juice fasts, deprivation, and food restriction never last. But developing healthy habits always pays off. The Anti-Cleanse starts soon! There’s a kick-off call on Friday, March 5. Then you’ll have the weekend to shop and prep as needed. The Anti-Cleanse runs Monday, March 8 through Sunday, March 15.
