Most cleanses require a will-of-steel elimination of foods and beverages. Not this one. This is the Anti-Cleanse, where we focus on adding things in rather than taking things out. There will be a focus on food, beverage, sleep, exercise, and stress management.
It’s a 7 day commitment, but you get a pass on any of the goals for the two days of your choice. How great is that? Easy, right? Yes, it is. It’s the easy way to build new, sustainable, healthy habits rather than beating yourself up with impossible deprivations that you’ll forget the minute the cleanse is over.
