Mindful Eating: Cupcakes! (or Donuts! perfect for the office)
Learning to eat mindfully will avail you more self awareness, fewer binges, more joy and less stress. Learn how to get in touch with your intuition around food, knowing what your cravings really mean, choosing foods that are both pleasing and nourishing, reclaiming a healthy relationship with all food, all the time. A great workshop for the corporate setting – covers the current state of health in the US; foods and habits that cause poor health; easy tips on how to make better food choices at work and at home; suggestions on how to manage stress and bring more mindfulness into your day… all to improve the health, happiness and productivity of your office!
Sugar and Self-Compassion
Do you have rules around food? For most people, food rules include eliminating sugar. What if, instead of denying yourself the pleasure of something you enjoy, you were able to adjust your relationship with it? This workshop explores the relationship between sugar and self-compassion. Join Jennifer as she encourages you to allow you the sweetness of Sugar and be open to the gift of Self-Compassion, rather than restricting and controlling.
How to Control Your Eating with the Power of Intention
If you’re like most people, you don’t often slow down to ask yourself “Why am I eating?”. There are three basic reasons people eat, and only one of them has to do with hunger. Find out what those three reasons are in this workshop! From there, you’ll learn the best way to nourish yourself, and non-food ways you can use to nurture yourself.
Your Body: Acceptance, Courage, and Wisdom
“Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change; courage to change the things I can; and wisdom to know the difference”. The Serenity Prayer has been used for ages. But how does it relate to your body shape and size? Learn the basic facts about the things you cannot change, as well as the things you can. From there, you’ll learn to have the wisdom that will impact your health in ways that work for the long term.

Most cleanses require a will-of-steel elimination of foods and beverages. Not this one. This is a Cleanse with a Twist, where we focus on adding things in rather than taking things out. Focus areas include food, sleep, movement, self-compassion, and stress management. It’s the easy way to build new, sustainable, healthy habits rather than beating yourself up with impossible deprivations that you’ll forget the minute the cleanse is over. This Cleanse has a twist, where learning how to take care of yourself for the long run is fun!
